A great event in Chianti! About 200 wineries present and a very high level of wine, as one might expect, thanks to producers of great experience and quality.
There were also surprises from some wineries that are starting to stand out, experimenting with new techniques of fermentation and maceration, refinement and elevation with innovative methods. In addition, we saw a greater variety of bottles and labels, a fundamental aspect in such a competitive market full of producers.
Overall, it was a very interesting experience for us, which allowed us to get in touch with new producers and meet other people in the world of wine.
